Perbadanan Tabung Pendidikan Tinggi Nasional (PTPTN) is a statutory body mandated to administer education financing for higher learning in Malaysia. Its duties encompass all aspects of education funding such as managing repayment, providing ongoing borrower support, and distributing funds to qualified students in a systematic manner. Additionally, it provides and oversees specialized savings plans designed to motivate people and families to start saving early for future educational expenses.
PTPTN makes a concerted effort to increase awareness and participation in its programs, especially among younger people. This entails encouraging ethical borrowing, raising financial literacy, and cultivating an educational savings culture. In order to successfully convey PTPTN’s efforts and advantages to the public, we created compelling, educational, and captivating social media material. This helped to improve PTPTN’s online visibility.
As part of this initiative, our scope included developing content in collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to increase outreach through platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
We also managed campaign processes, including arranging photographer and videographer sessions, such as for the Bulan Menabung Simpanan (BMS) campaign.
We performed performance analysis after the campaign to evaluate audience interest and pinpoint places where the material needed to be improved.
